Plant Working Process

Step 1 – Wheat Cleaning

Raw wheat is fed into the Three Screen Round Separator where dust, straw, and impurities are removed.

Step 2 – Stone Separation

The cleaned wheat passes through Destoner D-1 and Destoner D-2, removing stones and heavy impurities.

Step 3 – Storage & Transfer

The wheat is transferred through elevators and screw conveyors into storage silos for continuous production.

Step 4 – Wheat Crushing & Milling

The wheat crusher prepares the grain before feeding it into the heavy-duty 24-inch flour mill for efficient grinding.

Step 5 – Flour Separation

The Centrifugal Atta Separator separates fine flour from bran and coarse particles, ensuring superior quality atta.

Step 6 – Dust-Free Collection

The pneumatic system, blower cleaner, and cyclone collector maintain a clean environment and improve flour recovery.
